Meta Ads Manager MCP Server ("the Service") is an internal integration operated by Percepco that connects an AI assistant to the Meta Marketing API (Facebook/Instagram Ads) to create, read, update, and manage advertising campaigns on behalf of an authorized Meta ad account.

What data we access

The Service uses a Meta System User access token to read and write data belonging to a specific, pre-authorized Meta ad account, including campaigns, ad sets, ads, ad creatives, and performance insights (impressions, clicks, spend, and similar metrics). The Service does not access personal data of end users or Page followers beyond what Meta's aggregated ad insights provide.

How data is used

Data retrieved from the Meta Marketing API is used solely to display campaign information to authorized operators and to carry out advertising management actions they request (e.g. creating a campaign, pausing an ad set). It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose outside operating this ad account.

Data storage

The Service does not maintain a persistent database of Meta data. Requests are made to the Meta Graph API in real time; responses are returned to the requesting operator and are not retained beyond what is needed to fulfill the request, aside from standard application logs.

Access control

All requests to the Service require a private bearer token known only to authorized operators. The Meta access token used to call the Graph API is stored as a server-side environment variable and is never exposed to end users.

Data deletion

Since the Service does not persistently store Meta data, there is no user data to delete on request. To revoke the Service's access to your Meta ad account, remove its System User token's permissions from Meta Business Settings.
